2006 Season - Week 10
Trading Day 2
This Sunday at 4pm at BUMS HQ you will be able to right all those wrongs and put yourself in position to win the Papas Fritas Trophy or Promotion. Attached is the new player availability which includes players who have scored this year but were not listed in the original player pool prior to the draft. If you want to change players but can’t attend let me know whether you will email your trade plans through or whether you will be available at the other end of the phone. If I don’t hear from you I will assume you are happy with your team as it is. Cheryl will be doing food so please
let me know if you are attending by Saturday morning so we can do the shopping.
Trading Order
As always we operate a last to first policy on trading day so David S will cut his players first. He will then be followed by Phil, Wayne, Dave G, AP, Daz, Aaron, Chief, George, Andy H,/Mark, Marcus, Cheryl, Johnny, Ron and finally John. The order between Andy H & Mark will be decided by the toss of a coin. After all players have been dropped we will go into a draft mode and David S will select one player followed by Phil etc etc until all rosters are full again. Please remember if you cut a Franchise Player you still have to pay him until his Franchise Contract is over.
Trading Day 1 - Update
It’s been 5 weeks since our first trade and the changes Marcus made have proved to be the most successful, new signing Morten Andersen has outscored rejected kicker Michael Koenan by 30 points. The 2nd most successful trading was by Wayne whose changes have improved his overall score by 18 points (Schottenheimer, Winslow and Maroney have 30 points while Green, Stallworth and Brown have just 12). Those 18 points are the difference between being 3 points off the Promotion line or being bottom of the Conference. Trade carefully though, 4 owners (AP, Chief, Dave G and Johnny) are 6 points worse off after their week 5 trades.
BUMS on Seats.
